• In her lap, a case holding a musical instrument. She seemed to be reading a sheet of music, but it was written strangely, on a grid rather than a staff.

TTG CE2 Pages

While Lightroom has allowed users to disseminate their photography to the web, web photo galleries do not a website make. TTG CE2 Pages generates what the standard templates do not -- not galleries, but pages -- allowing Lightroom users to generate complete websites from within the Lightroom Web module.

TTG CE2 Pages is powerful, flexible and user-friendly, with more features than any other Web plug-in of its kind. The engine generates up to five unique content pages -- Home, Services, Info, About and Contact -- plus a gallery index, featuring The Turning Gate's unique auto indexing capability. Each page of your website enjoys dedicated layout and content control, allowing for complete user customization.

On each of the pages of this demonstration, you will find examples and explanations of the various features offered by TTG CE2 Pages. Flip through the pages to get an idea of the many creative possibilities.

The Home Page Slideshow

The slideshow, demoed above, is a special feature unique to the Home page. Written in Javascript -- not Flash -- the slideshow is mobile friendly and a great way to greet your visitors with some of your best work. HTML gallery options for the Home page include two variations of slideshow, or a horizontal-scroll gallery. The Home page also supports embedded video or Flash image galleries, and offers several layout options. Explore this demonstration site further to see examples of these features.

Copy Formatting

Page copy may be formatted using Markdown syntax or HTML.

Markdown is a text-to-HTML conversion tool for web writers. Markdown allows you to write using an easy-to-read, easy-to-write plain text format, then convert it to structurally valid XHTML (or HTML).

Developed by John Gruber, Markdown allows on-screen text to be formatted simply, without having to use or learn HTML. The syntax is easy to learn; see John Gruber's Markdown page for more information.

Of course, if you know HTML and want to use it, you can do that too. Great for adding tables, inline images, colored text, or hierarchical lists to your pages.
